At MomEZ, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund of the product purchase price.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products should be in their original condition. Light use for testing is perfectly fine — we want you to try it out.
- Original packaging is preferred but not required.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@momez.net with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back at your expense using the carrier of your choice. We recommend USPS First Class for the most affordable option.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product purchase price. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@momez.net. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
